Cancellation Policy
No shows will be charged 50% of the service booked.
Cancellations made within the 24-48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked.
If you reschedule before the 48 hour window of your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
A grace period of 6 minutes will be acceptable. Over 6 minutes will result in a cancellation and/or reschedule to another time & date.
ATTENTION:There is a no kids policy! We have a lady’s doing massages, facials and permanent makeup in our building by law kids are not legally allowed in the building because it is a safety hazard. Along with needing a quiet environment for the other services that are provided in the building.
